Call for Abstracts (this form should be used for both poster and oral presentation)
Deadline for submission: June 15, 2008
A. Instructions for abstract preparation:
1.Not published before.
2.Computer input: MS Word 97 and above or other compatible softwares.
3.The abstract comprises title, author(s) (underline the speaker), full address and content of the abstract.
4.In English, 360 words or less.

B. How to submit your abstract
1)Abstract can be sent to donghx761@sina.com or ytdhx@163.com.
2)The secretariat will confirm the reception of your abstract by email. If you do not receive confirmation from the secretariat within 10 days, please contact the secretariat(Please e-mail to donghx761@sina.com or puliu1982@yahoo.com).
3)Please specify the way of presenting (oral presentation/poster or both), section preference, and speaker's name in your submission.

1)Posters should be numbered and grouped according to sessions(S1-S6), and should have a head part containing the title, author(s) name(s), institution, addresses and the text. Headings and subtitles should have the smallest letters in 80-point font. The font in the text should not be smaller than 36-points.
2)The poster is on display for the whole duration of forum. At stated times, the presenting author is requested to be present near his/her poster for comments and discussion. For identification, it is recommended that a photograph of the presenting author be put at the upper right corner and the number(S1-S6) put on the upper left corner.
3)The poster panel actual size is 90 cm wide and 120 cm high.
4)Printed posters should be provided and taken to the forum by the delegates. DO NOT MAIL YOUR POSTER TO SECRETARIAT.
5)Posters should be mounted from 8:30-17:00, July. 28. Staff in the poster session room will guide you.
