Notes:

   1)Students should provide valid proof for the studentship.
   2) Registration fees include: conference reception, conference banquet, airport transfers and local travel, admission to all sessions, congress symposia, morning and afternoon tea & coffee breaks, farewell party.
   3)Registration fees of accompanying guests include: conference reception, conference banquet, airport transfers and local travel, farewell party.

Touring Fees

Visiting Changchun city
       ￥240/person (including entrance tickets for the Puppet Manchurian Imperial Palace Museum and Jingyuetan National Forest Park)
Visiting and Collecting in Changbai Mountain
      ￥1980/person (including bus travel, accommodations, three meals per day and park entrance fees from 2 August to 5 August).

       3) The secretariat will confirm the reception of your payment by email. If you do not receive confirmation from the secretariat within 20 days, please contact the secretariat (Please e-mail to yuli996@126.com or puliu1982@yahoo.com).  
       4）Please pay the “registration fee” and “photo exhibition fee” by bank transfer! Please pay the “touring fees” to the secretariat at registration desk of the forum when you came to Changchun, the “accommodation fees” you should pay directly to the hotel!

Cancellation Policy

       Cancellation or changes must be sent in writing by e-mail (yuli996@126.com) or fax to +86-431-84510966. Refunding rate or handling charges for refunding is varied by date, shown in the table below. Please be aware that each refunding will be carried out in 4-8 weeks after the forum.

         The cancellation percentage only refers to the percentage of total registration fee.
